Remote work, team gatherings, equipment and expenses, flexible hours and five weeks of annual leave: explore what working at ISVTEC looks like day to day.
Where you work
We are a distributed remote team. Work from home or a coworking space with the conditions you need to be effective.
The team meets once a year. We also organise a few days of remote work in a pleasant location chosen together. Dates remain flexible around individual needs and the company covers the expenses.
Your tools
We provide a MacBook or Linux PC, useful applications and the accessories you need: a monitor, keyboard, headset or chair, within reason. We use iPhones for client calls and on-call duties. Internet and phone subscriptions for remote work are reimbursed.
Flexible hours
Organise your hours so that work gets done, clients are satisfied, production requirements are met and teammates can reasonably reach you. Roles are full-time, with part-time arrangements also considered.
Our tools support remote, asynchronous work. Access at any hour gives you flexibility; on-call responsibilities are described in the DevOps profiles.
Five weeks of annual leave
You can take leave from the start of your contract, in proportion to time worked, without waiting until the following year. Requests are approved immediately as long as they do not conflict with clients, projects or teammates.
