Privacy Policy
What www.isvtec.com collects, how it is used, and your privacy rights in the United States, Canada and the European Union.

What We Collect
This site has no forms and sets no tracking cookies. No analytics tool runs on it.
- Server logs: IP address, date and time, pages visited, browser. Purpose: security and operation of the site. Retained for 12 months at most.
- Emails you send us: name, email address, message content. Purpose: handling your request and the business relationship. Retained for the duration of the relationship, then 3 years after the last contact.
- Booking a call (go.isvtec.com) and the client area (support.isvtec.com) are separate services with their own terms.
Our Clients’ Data
In the course of our services we process the identification data of our contacts (name, email, phone) and the technical data of the infrastructures we run for our clients. Legal bases: performance of the contract, legal obligations (accounting, tax, employment), legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention). Retention: the duration of the contract then 5 years after the end of the relationship, 10 years for accounting records, 1 year for connection logs.
How We Use and Share It
We use personal information only for the purposes above. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it for targeted advertising. It is processed by ISVTEC only and hosted in France by Scaleway SAS.
Your Rights
- United States (including California under the CCPA/CPRA): you may request to know what personal information we hold about you, to delete it, to correct it, and you will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where applicable.
- Canada (PIPEDA and provincial laws): you may access and correct your personal information and withdraw consent, and you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
- European Union and United Kingdom (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (CNIL in France).
To exercise any right, write to hello@isvtec.com or to the postal address above. We answer within the legal deadlines and may ask you to verify your identity.
International Transfers
Your information is stored in France, in the European Union. If you access the site from the United States or Canada, you understand it is processed there.
Children
This site is directed at businesses and not at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies that require your consent.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date above tells you when. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
