We are not selling a model, we are selling the automation of your processes. Three paths, all first-class:

• Your existing AI contract (Anthropic, OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex, Azure OpenAI, Mistral): we build on it. No migration, no new vendor to approve.
• Hosted, our recommendation: we select the model on cost, latency, and quality. Consumption passed through at cost, no margin, no lock-in.

Process map, measured volume and unit processing time, savings estimate, deployment recommendation, consumption cost per unit measured on a sample, prioritized roadmap. You keep the document regardless of what follows.

• Scoping, 1 process, 2 days: 1,680 EUR excl. VAT
• Standard, 3 to 5 processes, 5 days: 4,200 EUR excl. VAT
• Extended, a full department, 10 days: 8,400 EUR excl. VAT

Then: implementation as a fixed fee or shared gain, and a monthly run contract with no long-term commitment. Quoted after the audit.
