What We Maintain

Included (Monthly)
- Core, plugin, theme, and dependency updates
- Security patches and hardening
- Performance checks: slow queries, error logs, resource usage
- Bug fixing and small enhancements on a ticket basis, 2 hours per month included
- Monitoring connected to ticketing: any anomaly creates a ticket automatically
- For WordPress: WAF, monitoring and performance tuning customized for WordPress
Larger feature development is scoped and priced as a project, on quote. Every ticket is estimated before work starts, and time spent is shared with you transparently.
Onboarding (One-Time)
Full inventory, removal of unused extensions and back-office accounts, security extensions, security audit, internal documentation, monitoring. Kickoff within 5 business days.
Pricing
- WordPress maintenance: 290 EUR/month excl. VAT per installation (a production site and its staging copy count as one), 2 hours of ticket work included
- Onboarding: 840 EUR excl. VAT, one-time, including the initial catch-up of core, plugins and theme
- Beyond included hours: 120 EUR/h excl. VAT, estimated and approved before any work
- Multisite networks, e-commerce, bespoke themes and custom apps: on quote
Modernize
Upgrade to current, supported versions: language runtime (PHP, Python), framework, CMS, and database. Closes security holes, restores vendor support, and unblocks new work. Major version jumps are projects, scoped and priced separately. (Operating system, hosting, and hardware upgrades are DevOps missions.)
Legacy Application
When a rewrite is not worth it, we keep an old but stable stack running safely: isolation, hardening, controlled patching, and monitoring. We run production systems others refuse to touch: legacy Linux, old PHP and Python, and databases carried across a decade or more. Some clients have stayed with us for 15 years on stacks we upgraded in place, one controlled step at a time.
Not Included
Web design (layout, HTML and CSS styling, branding), infrastructure changes (covered by Managed Hosting or DevOps), third-party API debugging. On quote.
