ISVTEC Web Applications
Managed Joomla
Joomla run 24/7 by senior engineers: security updates of core and extensions, WAF, off-site encrypted backups, on-call.
Your Joomla site works, so nobody touches it. Meanwhile its extensions age, its PHP version falls out of support, and the bots that scan for old Joomla installs find it.
Installing Joomla takes an afternoon. Keeping it secure, fast and online for years, with someone who answers at 3 a.m., is another job. That is the job we take off your hands: we host, run and maintain Joomla for you, 24/7, with the same senior engineers on the servers and on the application, and tools, processes and experience built for Joomla.
Built for Joomla
- Our own tooling detects the Joomla version of every site on your servers
- Core and extension updates tested in pre-production first
- A WAF in front of the site and the administrator area locked down
Included
- 24/7 monitoring: over 100 checks every 30 seconds, an alert after 3 minutes of persistence, in your inbox in the same second as ours
- Our engineers on call, reachable for anything: 24/7 with a 15-minute response on the Critical tier
- Security updates of the system and of Joomla, tested in pre-production first
- Managed backup twice a day: off-site, encrypted, out of ransomware’s reach
- Hardening of the system, PHP and TLS, and a WAF in front of the site
- The ISVTEC Console: sites, certificates, databases, backups and graphs, without a ticket
- A post-mortem after every incident, down to the root cause
Old Version?
Still on Joomla 3? Its official support ended in August 2023. See Legacy Web Application Maintenance.
Who It Is For
Companies whose Joomla makes money or runs the business, and who would rather never think about updates, attacks or 3 a.m. alerts again.
Not for you if you are looking for €30/month hosting: we sell engineers who answer at night, not disk space.
Pricing
From €290/month excluding VAT per installation: updates, monitoring, off-site backups and 2 hours of ticket work included. 24/7 on-call with a 15-minute response comes with the Critical tier, quoted for your whole platform. Your hosting is paid directly to the provider of your choice, and your account stays yours. No long-term commitment.
